Coach Keith Hovis brings over 15 years of coaching experience to the Premier Player Pool, having worked extensively at both the high school and club levels. His expertise lies in player development, fostering team success, and creating a competitive culture that prepares athletes for success at the highest levels of competition.

Jose Escandon is a dedicated soccer coach and former player from Flagstaff, Arizona, with a rich history in both playing and coaching.

Tabi Bolton has served as the head and assistant coach of the 2009 Girls team for Flagstaff Revolution Soccer Club for the past 2 seasons. He brings a strong commitment to player development, emphasizing both technical skill and character growth on and off the field.

Coach Nick LaFave brings over 15 years of diverse coaching experience to the Club Premier Player Pool, having coached various sports at both recreational and competitive levels. Since 2017, he has focused on club soccer, dedicating himself to developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game.
